    As the cold wind picks up and the clothes get thicker, so changes Buna's seasonal menu. We brought in some favorite classics like our Panzanella Salad and some new delicacies like our Berry n' Cream Grilled Cheese. We hope these dishes will help you brave the coming cold.

    Harvest Millet Salad

    Roasted butternut squash with chickpeas, millet, dried cranberries, arugula, maple vinaigrette.

    Moroccan Spiced Casserole

    Zucchini, Cauliflower, Sweet Potato, Tomato, Red pepper, Onion, Chickpea, Madjool dates, Spatzle.

    Panzanella Salad

    Hot house Tomatoes, toasted focaccia croutons, bocconcini, kalamata olives, basil, red wine vinaigrette.

    Berry n’ cream Grilled Cheese

    Balsamic glazed blueberry preserve, Mozzarella, whipped cream cheese, spinach, brioche bread.

    Asparagus Potato Salad

    Roasted potatoes, asparagus, hard boiled eggs, green onions, honey dijon mustard.

    Autumn Orchard Chicken Sandwich

    Cranberry apple chutney, brie, arugula, plain panini bread.

    Beef Brisket Sandwich

    Pulled beef brisket, creamy purple cabbage slaw, brioche bread.
