    Spring Menu

    An early spring is perfect for Bunas to bring back some of the classics that we all reminisce about. Now shes happy to not only serve some of the classic spring salads but some favorite main courses and new sandwiches!

    Spring Millet Salad

    Millet salad mixed with chickpeas, roasted cherry tomatoes, snow peas, mushrooms and perfectly seasoned with white wine vinaigrette and parsley.

    Citrus Kale Salad

    Kale, brusell sprouts, green cabbage, orange segments, poppy seeds and sunflower seeds mixed with orange honey vinaigrette.

    Vegetarian Cassoulet

    Warm vegetable stew (green & yellow zucchinis, carrots, celery, leeks) with navy beans, lentils and chopped Kalamata olives. Served on hand crafted spaetzle.

    Beef Brisket Flatbread

    This juicy, tender brisket is slowly marinated in our very own balsamic and brown sugar sauce and served on a fresh, grilled flatbread and topped with melted Fontina cheese.

    Grilled Veggie Sandwich

    Seasonal grilled veggies, goat cheese and a balsamic reduction on savory rosemary panini bread.

    Pear & Brie Chicken Sandwich

    Tender, juicy basil roasted chicken breast, pear chutney, rich melted brie and arugula in a rosemary ciabatta bun.

    Pearl Barley Salad

    Barley mixed with roasted pink radishes, kale, re-hydrated currants and currant honey vinaigrette.

    Pesto Potato Salad

    In-house roasted red potatoes lightly covered with chickpea & kale pesto tossed with pickled lentils and green beans.

    Beef Brisket Poutine

    Tender pulled beef brisket topped with fried shallots drizzled with balsamic reduction all on top of our Traditional Poutine.
